Many changes were implemented for the 2009 season including changing age brackets to grade level and converting the Plattsburgh group into 3 new districts. I am interested in what your opinion of the new changes are.

1. Ever since I began running the PAL leaugue many years ago I have always said that the kids are the most important reason for what we do. Over the years the league has made every effort to allow kids to play including taking late comers. We try to never turn players away. Over the past few years many parents have taken advantage of this fact and waited until the last minute to sign up regardless of how many registrations we hold. Unfortunately we are going to be becoming more strict about the registration policy this year and in the future. After registrations close only teams that have player shortages will be allowed to take late comers. Parents please watch the web site for registrattion dates and news so that you do not have to tell your child that they are not able to play football because you missed registrations.
